This joint is taking me back to the late 80’s/early 90’s. Oaktown 3-5-7 got their start as background dancers for MC Hammer. MC Hammer was huge in the Bay Area before he burst out into mainstream success. So anyone associated with him, tried their best to ride his coat tails. LOL

They released their debut album in 1989 and this is their most popular hit with B Angie B helping with the powerhouse vocals.

In Memoriam – Senator Ted Kennedy

One of the longest living members of the Kennedy Family Dynasty has died at the age of 77. Ted Kennedy died, at the Kennedy Estate in Hyannis Port, Tuesday after a year long battle with brain cancer.

Senator Kennedy, who became known as the “Lion of the Senate”, was considered one of the most effective legislators of the past few decades. He played major role in the passage of the Civil Rights Act, Voting Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family Medical Leave Act. He was also a strong ally of the LGBT community voting down the Defense of Marriage Act along with co sponsored the Employment Non Discrimination Act.

The African American and LGBT community lost a true ally today. The political world will never the be same. America has lots a true legend!

Penis Length – Do you have the correct measurements?

I got this from another blog I follow and thought it was “cute”. LOL. These men on the internet need to read how to correctly measure how big their dick is. I’m sure we all have ran into the size difference between the “internet” dick and the REAL dick. LOL

In order to obtain the most accurate measurements possible, please follow the guidelines below and remember that the closer you follow these guidelines, the more accurate your measurements will be…

1. Stimulate yourself with reckless abandon until you are hard as a piece of wood. DO NOT ejaculate. I know it is tempting, but it will spoil your measurement. Nothing spoils an erection more than a forceful orgasm. You may harvest your seed once you have taken your measurements.
2. Place a soft measuring tape gently on the skin of your belly, at the base of your erect penis. Do not use a measuring device made of metal, plastic, or wood. Many men have a slight curve in their shaft, and using a hard measuring device does not allow for an accurate measurement. Press the measuring tape against your Phallus and read the nearest quarter-inch measurement at the tip of your penis.
3. Record this number on a piece of paper. Keep this in a safe place, far from prying eyes.
4. Repeat this measurement procedure for seven days and record the results along with your first measurement, preferably with different erections and preferably on different days. Why? Because, as is the way of the world, your erections will vary slightly each day, depending on your level or arousal, time of day, room temperature, the length of time between your last sexual experience, and your diet.

After seven days, add up the total of your measurements and divide by seven. This will give you a very accurate measurement of the length of your erect penis.

Here you got a sexy actor who is charged with selling Social Security Numbers. It amazes me the stupidity of some people.

“One Tree Hill ” actor Antwon Tanner pleaded guilty Friday to identity theft, admitting he was the middleman in a scam involving bogus Social Security numbers.

During an appearance in Brooklyn Federal Court, Tanner acknowledged selling more than a dozen of the numbers for $10,000 in a scheme uncovered by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Tanner, 35, faces up to one year in prison when he’s sentenced by Federal Judge Carol Amon.

He could have gotten 10 years behind bars if convicted at trial.

He’s also the subject of an investigation by California authorities looking into a similar scam.

Tanner plays the character Skills in the CW Network series. He also appeared in the film “Coach Carter” with Samuel L. Jackson and played the passenger who bopped his head to a “Da Da Da” soundtrack in an artsy Volkswagen commercial.

Neither Tanner nor his lawyer explained why he was involved in the scheme.

Cajmere produced this club/dance hit back in the early 1990’s and its still hot as it was back then. I remember first hearing this song at a dance in Chicago at the NAACP convention and watching the locals, mainly gay men, tear this shit up on the dance floor. LOL

I ran across the “official” video of this song on youtube. I never knew they had a video for it. Unfortunately, the video doesn’t really show how to do the real dance to the song. It just a bunch of women shaking their ass. As Anton and Blaine eloquently stated… “Hated it” ..lol

NAACP Chairman Julian Bond Endorses National Equality March

Julian Bond, an underrated/overlooked Civil Rights Legend, will be participating in the National Equality March in DC on Oct. 10-11. If you don’t know, he is the current chairmen of the NAACP and has been a strong ally for the LGBT community.

Bond states in the Washington Blade – “GLBT rights are civil rights; there are no ‘special rights’ in America. Everyone has rights – or should have – and I am happy to join in this battle for justice and fairness.”

It’s wonderful we have a Civil Rights Icon as Mr. Bond standing up for LGBT people. What a shame many others haven’t followed his lead!
